Roger is a qualified Engineer with a passion for helping small to medium sized professional services firms grow their business without compromising their performance or culture.

Roger’s nearly 35-years experience in professional services consultancy spans regional Australia & New Zealand as well as the capital cities. He understands and appreciates the different ways an office in each location operates. 

He has been directly involved in growing businesses both organically and by merger. Roger likes to focus on understanding what each company’s real business differentiators are businesses so they can be leveraged for sustainable performance improvement.

Roger is currently working with businesses sized between 15 and 700 people across Australia and New Zealand. He assists with visioning, strategic direction, culture management, business development, training, commercialisation of technical capability, organic growth, mergers and acquisitions, setting up KPI’s that are consistent with the company’s key drivers, Research & Development tax assistance and R&D government grants.

Roger has a passion for AFL footy having played and coached for the best part of the last 40 years. He is a Demons tragic and was delighted to have made the trek across the country in 2021 to attend their fantastic Grand Final win against the Dogs.
